It’s here. Winter 2008/09 is here. With a fresh couple feet on top of a perfect, firm base, the seasin is here…in November. WOW! Get your bodies to the mountain and enjoy some of the finest early season conditions since maybe….forever! The Mountain opened today, and we actually had sunshine in the morning before shifting to an overcast day. Who cares. The Mountain is OPEN!! Break out the gear, bring it by Footloose, have Olie or Zach check it out, and then off to begin your 2008/09 season!!

Rain, rain, and more rain. Not what most were hoping for, but awesome nevertheless! Perfect early season wet snow up high, soil-soakin’, pollin and dust cleaning moisture in-and-around town. Still way too warm to be called a winter storm, it’s a storm, and a good storm.
Watch to see if temps drop, and then things will really change.
