Getting certified through the program allowed us to optimize our green business practices and implement new ones we hadn’t considered yet. The process ensures that each business complies with environmental regulations and policies related to waste, energy, water, pollution prevention, and air quality.
We always encourage our fellow local businesses to get certified. Any business in California can certify! There are even rebate programs available for implementing some of the changes.
