If you demo and then buy your gear from us, up to three demo days in the season can be refunded at time of purchase through the end of February. From March 1st-31st, we’ll refund up to two demo days for your purchase. From April 1st through the end of the season, we’ll refund up to one demo day.

Perfect Fit
We offer a $50 fit guarantee add-on for boot purchases as long as you’ve demoed your boot with our try-before-you-buy program and you’re using Superfeet Footbeds (or equivalent underfoot support). This program includes free customization for up to two seasons to guarantee your boot fits perfectly. If you want to add this on after you purchase your boot, it’s $69.99.
