Ski Boot Fitting & Adjustments
Footloose Sports is the go-to shop in Mammoth Lakes for boot fitting and custom orthotics such as Superfeet and Downunders. For more than 40 years, we’ve been perfecting the art of diagnosing the source of boot pain or performance issues in order to provide long lasting solutions. For any boot problems will do our best to get you back out on the hill with comfortable and well functioning boots as quickly as possible.
All adjustments and issues get diagnosed by a professional boot fitter before any work is done to the boot. We offer custom footbeds (Superfeet and Downunders), custom boot liners (Zipfit only), the largest inventory in town of boot parts and accessories, race boot modifications, and all basic boot fitting and repair services.

How Ski Boot Fitting & Repair Appointments Work
All our major boot fitting is by appointment only. Appointments are available every morning through afternoon until we book up for the day. We also offer very limited evening boot fitting and repair that will be done overnight for pick up the next day. This service is available at our boot fitters discretion, usually until 5pm. If you know you need help the only way to guarantee we can look at your boot is to make an appointment.
NOTE: if you’re shopping for new boots (or demoing ski boots), custom footbeds, zip fit or foam custom liners, or boot heaters you do NOT need an appointment. Just come in and we will do our best to get you set up as fast as possible.
People who bought their boots from Footloose get priority for all services.
Please book only one appointment. Double booking will result in all appointments being automatically canceled.
